Returns & Refund Policy

At Base1 Active, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at matt@baseone.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Please check our size guides before ordering to help you find the right fit first time.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
